WebChart EHR is ONC-ACB and EPCS certified by Drummond Group
WebChart EHR version 6.4 has been tested and certified under the Drummond Group's Electronic Health Records Office of the National Coordinator Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB) program. This EHR software is compliant in accordance with the criteria adopted by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Drummond Group's ONC-ACB certification program certifies that EHRs meet the meaningful use criteria for either eligible provider or hospital technology. In turn, healthcare providers using the EHR systems of certified vendors are qualified to receive federal stimulus monies upon demonstrating meaningful use of the technology — a key component of the federal government's push to improve clinical care delivery through the adoption and effective use of EHRs by U.S. healthcare providers.
In addition, WebChart is EPCS certified — ensuring e-prescribing of controlled substances is within the full compliance of DEA requirements.

WebChart EHR version 6.4 may require one-time implementation fees for consulting services, set-up configuration and customization. One-time Integration fees may apply to establish an interface with a health information exchange, registry, public health agency, laboratory, modality/DICOM, or other health IT application. Ongoing licensing and service fees for use of the solution include the following: SaaS fees, hosting, maintenance, upgrades and support. These fees are generally billed monthly on a per-provider basis. Additional licensing fees may apply for the use of Healthwise for patient-specific education resources 170.314(a)(15) and are generally billed monthly on a per-provider basis. Additional licensing fees may apply for the use of First Databank medication and allergies knowledgebase and alerts 170.314(a)(2) and are generally billed monthly on a per-provider basis. Additional licensing fees may apply for the use of the NoMoreClipboard co-brand patient portal 170.314(e)(1) and are generally billed monthly on a per-provider basis. Clients are required to sign a software license agreement, with a typical term of three years.
